I wish I could give a higher rating because my experience started out great. If you go - ask for Kathy , she was very helpful with picking out a bedroom set. Unfortunately after the order was placed I waited 10 weeks for the delivery (was told 6-8 weeks). After my third time calling and being told it was "on the road" I find out it was sitting in the warehouse for a week. I set up a delivery for the following day and kindly asked for a phone call the day of to give me better than a 4-5 hour window. I got no call and finally called them. I was then informed that the owner of the store is who I had talked to and didn't receive a call back from. I was also told that there were 3 other "paying" customers in the store that day and that the owner was simply too busy to call . I spent close to 10 grand here and this is NOT how i should have been treated.
