Good food. Nice people. Stop lying about the time frame for how long the order will be. If it's an hour, say an hour, not 25 minutes. When you do mess up, just say sorry, give them a drink while they wait and it will be fine. Excuses don't work and believe me, the drink would help.
I have loved the food here for many years! I just wish I lived closer so I could indulge more often than a few times a year.
