I was there on a sale day. The ladies clothing dept was a mess! Totally disorganized...sweaters mixed in w/jeans. Casual tops thrown on top of shelves, wrinkled and sizes mixed together. It looked like a wind storm just blew through the place. The positive was I didn't have to wait to check out. Kohl's seems to have that part figured out!

The staff in this store are awesome. I've had a couple of returns & an exchange on different days with no long waits and excellent service. I've used their shop online pickup in store as well. Always excellent customer service. Another thing I like is how easy it is to get discounts. If you see 25% online they make it very easy to get the bar code to use in the store. Also earning Kohl's cash to use either in the store or online. I highly recommend this Kohl's in Forest Hill.
