Still, I had my car's work done here because it was a Toyota-specific issue and I know better than to use the dealer for service. They clearly know their way around a Toyota here. I'd come here again but with the expectations that they really don't need me as a customer.
Discovered I had a nail in my tire, Googled for an auto repair shop near home and discovered Forest Hill Automotive whose website reflected positive reviews. Took my car there when they opened at 8 am and was in and out in 25 minutes. No charge!!! They have a small but very clean and warm waiting room. I will definitely bring my car back here!!!!! They seemed to have a brisk business and witnessed many coming in and leaving their vehicles for repair.
Went in to inquire about some basic work on my Toyota. I think the guy at the counter was the owner. He seemed uninterested and not very welcoming. What a shame. You'd expect better from a small shop outfit.
I was on my way home when my front tire went flat. I limped over to Forest Hill Automotive and expected them to say drop off my tire and have it repaired the following day. The hole was severe so l was expecting the worst.
Not even 40mins later l received a call saying that my tire was ready. They were closed but they patched the tire and got me back on the road. Totally above and beyond!
I took my car in for an issue with my transmission. They were able to make the repairs necessary and save my transmission, all while staying under the price I was quoted. They were very helpful and honest. I will definitely be taking my car back to them.
Stopped in 8 or 9 years ago & haven't went anywhere else since. Has a nice waiting room with wifi, tv & a clean bathroom just for us customers.
