Today, I visited this location for the 1st time since they opened. I knew what I wanted before I arrived since I've had it before just a different location. I went through the drive-thru but they did not have what I wanted. I understand different stores/owners sometimes are not the same food. I ordered a breakfast sandwich (sausage,egg,cheese) but switched to a bagel. Bagel/Cheese was fine and they gave me a extra sausage patty. The party itself was not the best. It was very hard to chew as if it should of been cooked longer? The hash browns I got were soggy and tasted burnt.. The employees were very kind and the store outside looked very clean and nice. I will be back to try other things!
This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins I have ever been too. Everytime I go they seem to have run out of something, and if that didnt happen, they mess up a simple order. It is very frustrating to always have a problem at this place.

I'm not someone who usually posts reviews, but I feel something should be said today. I recently switched jobs and now work in Forest Hill, MD. I live 20 minutes away and leave 45 minutes early to account for traffic and time to get coffee.. I have used this Dunkin in the past quite a few times considering my best friend lives directly behind it, and never had any problems. Some days when a certain male manager is there, (I wish I had caught his name), I'm throughly impressed by the employees upselling skills and polite demeanors. However today, quite frankly the last few visits, have been relatively terrible. I've had my simple order messed up 3 times within the past week...! & the woman ringing me up couldn't have cared less! (I said something to another woman on the other side of the store who was very kind and immediately helped me so thank you to her, but still)... I understand people have bad days. I typically have a lot of patience for food places; I'm aware of the stress and distractions when it's a busy place... but it's completely unacceptable for my simple iced coffee to be messed up multiple times... and this isn't the first occurance. I specifically went inside this time to order so I didn't drive off with the wrong bagel or without a straw again. It got to the point today where I didn't ask for my coffee to be re made a third time because I was already running late to work. Then I sat trapped in the parking lot for an extra 6 minutes (I timed it) waiting for the drive thru to move along so I could be let out. I pay for coffee for the convnience... but this Dunkin is proving to be more trouble than it's worth. I really hope this Dunkin's employee's start paying more attention to people's orders.
